DIAL 72

LEGAL

Privacy Policy

The full policy will be published here before launch. This outline shows what it will cover — plainly, like everything else we write.

What we collect

Caller phone numbers, the details a caller shares on a call (name, address, equipment, symptoms), and the booking information needed to put the job on your calendar. Nothing more than the job requires.

Call recordings & transcripts

Calls are transcribed so Ember can triage, book, and text you an accurate summary. Retention windows and recording disclosures will be spelled out here, including per-state consent requirements.

How data is used

To answer, triage, and book your calls — and to let Ember recognize returning customers and their equipment history for your shop. Customer data belongs to your business; it is not sold.

Sharing & processors

The infrastructure providers involved in carrying calls, sending texts, and syncing calendars (telephony, SMS, and the scheduling tools you connect) will be listed here.

Your controls

How to export or delete your account data, how customers can request deletion, and who to contact about privacy questions.
